For the very best in awfulness you really need to get a listen of showaddywaddys latest album. Their version of Tiger Feet is absoloutely dreadful. Best laugh I've had in ages
I can remember MUD doing a week at Baileys Club in Leicester and one night sitting right at the front were the then very new Showaddywaddy - or Shoddy Copy Copy as Les used to call them. They've seen it done properly you'd think they'd know how it goes wouldn't you?
I seem to remember a "Chris" who was Les's manager - are you the same one? I was at Leicester Baileys among MANY other gigs - a friend of Phil Bowdrey and the rest of the road crew. If I remember rightly, it was after that appearance at Baileys that SWW brought out Under The Moon Of Love after hearing Mud do it on stage. Of course, they denied the two incidents were related! I can remember that it seemed to be that whatever Mud did, either on stage or recorded, SWW would be doing it not longer after. They also, of course, recorded a version of Blue Moon.

At the end of Mud's version of Under the Moon of Love, Les is playing snippets of two tunes on the turmpet. I think the second one is Tiger Feet but what is the first one called
